Mike is a native of Indiana and grew up in the Ohio River town of Madison. He attended Hanover College for his undergraduate degree and started his professional career in social work. In 2004 Mike switched careers to higher education. He joined the Office of 入学 at Hanover College and has been working in post-secondary education ever since. After Hanover, Mike spent time working at Eckerd College. He then served as director of admission at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and then Heidelberg University. His most recent post before Ursuline was as vice president of enrollment at Lake Erie College.
